ALL sales are made with the buyer’s complete acceptance of the terms and conditions laid out herein.
All sales are made in full compliance with U.S. Federal firearms laws.
No items are sold or offered for sale where prohibited by Federal, State or local laws.
By purchasing, buyer certifies that each purchase shall be in full compliance with all Federal, State and local laws.
All sales and transactions shall be deemed to occur and originate in the Great State of Florida, county of Pinellas, no matter if by telephone, facsimile, mail, Internet or should the physical and/or shipping address of buyer/recipient be in any other locale in the world.
The laws of the Great State of Florida, County of Pinellas, shall govern all sales and transactions with any and all disputes subject to litigation being heard and decided in a Pinellas County court of the Great State of Florida.
All Arms are sold as–is with all faults and benefits. The entire risk as to the quality and performance or safety of the Arm shall rest with the buyer.
Should the Arm prove defective after purchase the buyer and not Mob Guns, Inc. assumes the entire risk of all servicing or repair.
The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, expressed or implied are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply to any items sold.
The determination of fitness or suitability of any Arm for any specific use other than display is the responsibility of the purchaser alone.
Mob Guns reserves the right to make changes in products, prices, designs, availability which may be subject to changes without prior notice.
No warranty on wood, pearl, stone, crystal, ivory, grips or metal finish with respect to finish, matching of pieces, dents, scratches, cuts, markings, etc. which are or should be apparent to the purchaser upon inspection and initial discussion of the offering.
It is the client’s responsibility to inspect this offering prior to entering into a purchase agreement to ensure that it is free from defect or damage.
Mob Guns assumes no responsibility for product malfunction or for physical injury or property damage resulting in whole or in part from use not intended.
Criminal or negligent use of the product, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modifications, use of defective, improper, loading or reloading of live ammunition, customer abuse or neglect of the product, or other influences beyond the direct control of Mob Guns is the sole responsibility of the purchaser/user..
Wholesalers, dealers or gunsmiths are not authorized to make any warranty repair or adjustment on behalf of Mob Guns.
Should it ever come to be that live ammunition is used with any Arm, please contact the manufacturer of the Arm for instructions and necessary safety procedures after a licensed gunsmith has inspected the Arm.
These terms and conditions of warranty cannot be changed except in writing and only by an officer of Mob Guns.

CLIENT satisfaction is key to our continued success and shall remain a primary focus before, during and after the client assumes possession of the firearm. Should something not be to your personal expectation and satisfaction we kindly request you let us know so that we may correct the problem immediately.
Each restoration is done entirely by hand and therefore a one-of-a-kind creation. The amount of time it takes to complete any single restoration numbers in the months, as such we cannot offer return privileges on our pieces. That noted, we sincerely feel that no client shall ever be disappointed with any Mob Guns purchase should they simply study the offering and convey any questions or concerns prior to making their purchase. Upon the rare but possible instance that some extraordinary issue should arise, at the sole discretion of management, we reserve the right to offer an exchange of the client’s preference to insure satisfaction with the acquirement and our company.
All pieces are sold as collector items only and not intended for use in personal protection.
No liability is assumed for the use or mishandling of any item sold.
Firearms are sold as-is with no guarantee as to the firing, safety or operation.
All firearms or and related items should be checked and certified by a licensed gunsmith should it be intended for any use other than display.

MODERN ARMS can only be shipped to a current, valid holder of a Federal Firearms License. Curio-Relic Arms can be shipped to any current, valid FFL holder or C&R license holder. Certain States have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, MD, NY and HI.
If you are not an FFL or C&R Licensee you can arrange for a transfer of your purchase though your local FFL dealer. If needed we will be happy to assist.
Antique Arms do not require a Federal License for transfer but do require a form which we provide, affirming you are in compliance with all Federal, State and local laws in receiving and possessing such Arm.
Shipping is handled primarily through Federal Express and in most instances at a flat rate of $50.00 per piece. Certain shipments or pieces may be higher.

FLORIDA State sales tax is 7.000% on all in State purchases. Payment and declaration for other States sales taxes on items shipped outside the State of Florida are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

IN no event do we sell, distribute, share or so much as speak of our Client list or Subscriber information. Your privacy matters to us, we take no liberties.

WE can assist in making export arrangements for shipment abroad, please contact us with requests. There are import/export fees and usually duties and tariffs to be anticipated.

COMPANY names, logos, trademarks or registered trademarks are property of their respective companies and their respective designations may not be fully disclosed or exhibited in any/all instances throughout this production and publication.
