Client satisfaction is key to our continued success and shall remain a primary focus before, during and after the client assumes possession of the firearm. Should something not be to our clients expectation and satisfaction we kindly request
they let us know so that we may correct the problem immediately.
Each restoration crafted is done entirely by hand and is truly a one-of-it’s-kind creation.
The amount of time it takes to complete any single restoration can number in the months, we therefore cannot offer return privileges on our pieces as any return would require a complete restoration before a piece could be offered for sale again.
That noted, we sincerely feel that no client shall ever be disappointed with any MGI purchase should they simply study the offering and convey any questions or concerns prior to finalizing their purchase.
Upon the rare though possible instance that some extraordinary issue should arise, and at the sole discretion of management, we reserve the right to offer an exchange of the client’s preference to insure satisfaction with the acquirement and our company.
All pieces are sold as collector items only intended for non-firing / non-operational use.
No liability is assumed for the use or mishandling of any item sold.
Firearms are sold as-is with no guarantee as to the firing safety or operation.
All firearms or any related items should be checked and certified by a licensed gunsmith should it be intended for any use in anyway other than display.
