Modern Arms can only be shipped to a current, valid holder of a Federal Firearms License.
Curio-Relic Arms can be shipped to any current, valid FFL holder or C&R license holder.
Certain States have additional restrictions such as CA, CT, DC, IL, MD, NY and HI.
If you are not an FFL or C&R Licensee you can arrange for a transfer of your purchase though your local FFL dealer. If needed we will be happy to assist.
Antique Arms do not require a Federal License for transfer but do require a form which we provide, affirming you are in compliance with all Federal, State and local laws in receiving and possessing such Arm.
